Job summary

Clark Associates in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sales Representative who supports bid review, quotes, and order movement from bid to billing. You will communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email, and coordinate with internal teams to keep orders on track.

This role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and growth; you will review bid portals daily, prepare quotes, and help manage contracts and pricing data while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with customers & vendors by phone and email.
• Strong computer skills: data entry and web-based systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review bid opportunities posted on bid portals (daily).
• Respond to customer account inquiries via email and phone (daily).
• Accurately prepare and submit bids/quotes by deadlines (daily).
• Research new markets.
• Enter new orders into our project ordering system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to process orders and resolve issues.
• Work with vendors and carriers to ensure order fulfillment.
• Build familiarity with federal contracting regulations and guidelines.
• Manage GSA contract catalog.
