micro1 is seeking a remote Federal Staff Reporting Analyst contractor to contribute to a dynamic project training AI systems. You will craft authentic federal artifacts and high-quality written outputs reflecting federal and military standards.

Ideal candidates show 3+ years in federal reporting, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. US-based, remote work with strict compliance and confidentiality expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years federal reporting or staff writing in US government.
• Experience producing WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, and executive summaries.
• Experience with federal/military reporting styles and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for official reports and memos.

Responsabilités

• Create, review, and refine WARs, SITREPs, after-action summaries, and executive briefings.
• Write clear, concise responses reflecting federal and military reporting styles.
• Evaluate and grade sample submissions using detailed guidelines.
• Contribute input artifacts and reference responses for status, activity, and compliance reports.
• Help develop guidelines and rubrics for training AI models on federal reporting.
• Advise on task design and requirements to improve outputs.
