Premier Group is seeking a meticulous Data & Systems Analyst to support evaluation, reporting, and insight generation in the federal real property space. Based in Landover, MD, the role is full-time and focuses on precision, discrepancy resolution, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

Ideal candidates will reconcile NexGen IT data with GFI sources, build recurring analytics and CAP monitoring, and contribute to monthly reports for DoD real property programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of data reconciliation, analytics, or BI reporting experience, preferably in federal or real property contexts.
• Working knowledge of database and record management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve NexGen IT reconciliation and BI reporting efforts.
• Produce data analytics to provide portfolio-level insight for AFCEC/CI QA and FIAR requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in NexGen IT real property data and address data quality issues.
