Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Federal QC/Superintendent to lead federal construction projects, including mission-critical assignments and SCIFs. This permanent role offers a path to impact the construction industry positively while ensuring work meets budget, schedule, and quality standards.

A Secret clearance is a strong plus. The successful candidate will oversee all project stages, enforce QC procedures, coordinate with architects, engineers, and federal staff, and drive safety and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as a superintendent focusing on federal projects, mission-critical assignments, and SCIFs.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of federal construction regulations and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality outcomes.
• Implement and manage QC systems to ensure compliance with federal standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and federal representatives for smooth project execution.
• Supervise construction teams and foster a collaborative, safe work environment.
• Conduct site inspections to verify progress and quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Prepare regular progress reports on status, budget, and quality control.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
