Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and federal reps to ensure success.
• Lead construction teams and foster a productive work environment.
• Conduct site inspections to verify progress and quality.
• Prepare regular progress reports on status, budget, and schedule.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
