Job summary

MPI seeks a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead QC activities for a major federal design-build project in Virginia Beach. You will oversee inspections, testing, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with federal plans and specifications and coordinating with field and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction and 5+ years in Quality Control Management, plus proven federal project experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Control Manager experience.
• Proven federal construction project experience.
• 4-year degree preferred; strong tenure considered.
• Able to satisfy required background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide quality control activities and documentation.
• Manage inspections, testing, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality requirements with field and project teams.
• Maintain compliance with federal plans and specifications.
• Support successful delivery of a $154M, 20-month project.
