Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC (CEG) is seeking a details-driven Quality Control Manager (CQM) to lead QA and compliance on heavy civil and environmental construction projects for federal clients, with a focus on DoD facilities and infrastructure.

The role requires ownership of quality, strict adherence to contract requirements, and the ability to coordinate with field teams and government representatives. Travel up to 90% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction Contractor Quality Control Manager / CQM Manager.
• Completed USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) Training within the past 5 years.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Willingness to travel 90% and work on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.
• Serve as the designated Quality Control Manager on federal projects.
• Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow‑up inspections.
• Verify all work complies with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
• Interface directly with USACE, NAVFAC inspectors, and government QA representatives.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation workflows.
• Maintain compliance in highly regulated federal environments.
