Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and execute automated tests across UI, API, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end layers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to clarify acceptance criteria and improve testability.
• Create test plans, data, defect workflows, reporting, and quality metrics to support releases.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote left-shift of quality.
• Validate APIs, web apps, data flows, integrations, and cloud-based apps.
• Support performance, security, accessibility, and reliability validation as needed.
• Use AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate design, automation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, cloud engineers, security teams, and stakeholders.
• As experience grows, lead quality strategy for larger areas and mentor others.
