Job summary

AdNet LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top talent. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who enjoys building talent pipelines and partnering with recruiters to meet critical hiring needs.

This position is remote from Florida. You will source across engineering, technical, and business disciplines, conduct initial outreach and phone screenings, maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM, and contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
• Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.
• Strong candidate engagement and screening skills.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
