Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager II in the United States to lead and author government proposal responses, clarify requirements, and ensure compliance with solicitation criteria. The role demands strong cost analysis and coordination across cross-functional teams.

You will manage multiple proposals, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements while navigating federal procurement rules and security-clearance considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting complex government agency or military proposal teams.
• Understanding of federal procurement processes and contract types.
• Proven experience in proposal management and writing.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and write proposal responses by identifying requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Study solicitation documents to understand scope and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze costs and incorporate them into proposal responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure compliance.
• Manage multiple proposal projects and maintain proposal content/templates.
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, grammar and compliance.
• Contribute to proposal strategy and win themes; participate in reviews and debriefs.
