Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposals for the National Security Space portfolio. You will apply Shipley methodologies, supervise Pink/Red/Gold Team reviews, and coordinate with SMEs to craft compliant, winning narratives for DoD and IC buyers.

The role requires a Secret clearance, 10+ years in federal proposal management, and strong independent execution in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. Travel to Chantilly, VA may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• 10+ years federal proposal management in aerospace/defense.
• Deep understanding of DoD Space Force and IC procurement cultures (FAR/DFARS).
• Knowledge of space systems, satellites or mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP to submission.
• Apply Shipley methodologies and lead Pink/Red/Gold Team reviews.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals with overlapping deadlines.
• Translate complex space systems into compelling, compliant narratives.
• Develop detailed compliance matrices and win themes for DoD/IC evaluators.
• Lead capture efforts with technical teams.
