Job summary

Quantum Space is seeking an experienced Proposal Development Lead to drive and manage strategic proposal efforts across national security, civil, and commercial space markets. You will own the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release to final submission, coordinating with engineering, pricing, contracts, and executives to deliver compelling, compliant responses.

You will oversee content strategies, risk management, and color team reviews, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with win themes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing federal government proposal efforts.
• Experience leading and coordinating large-scale proposals valued $50M-$500M+.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and compliant content.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional project management, organization, and schedule control.
• Strong written and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end proposal process from RFP release through final submission.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, milestones, compliance matrices.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings, status reviews, and submission readiness activities.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, pricing, contracts, business development, and executives.
• Ensure proposal compliance with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain proposal content strategies and content libraries.
