Job summary

Strativia is seeking a Proposal Manager to own federal proposals from review to submission, coordinating writers, SMEs, and graphics to deliver compelling, compliant responses. The role emphasizes win themes, customer priorities, and capture strategies to maximize competitiveness.

The position begins as a 1099 independent contractor with a 90-day evaluation, with potential to convert to full-time W-2 upon successful completion. Strong writing and project leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of federal proposal management experience.
• Experience writing and editing multi-volume federal proposals.
• Strong understanding of FAR requirements and federal contracting terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of federal proposals from capture to submission.
• Lead color-team reviews and coordinate stakeholders and writers.
• Develop win themes, tailoring content to customer needs and compliance.
• Coordinate with BD, Capture, SMEs, and graphics for templates and layouts.
• Review drafts for accuracy, quality, and responsiveness.
