Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing all phases of multi-volume, highly complex proposals.
• Experience with DoD/FAR/DFARS compliance and government contracting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including pricing, contracts, and technical SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle proposal efforts (RFIs, RFPs, Task Orders) for federal contracts.
• Develop compliance matrices, outlines, and writing assignments for proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop compelling, compliant proposals.
• Mentor and supervise proposal team members and track progress to executives.
