Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of program or project management experience with team leadership.
• PMP certification preferred.

• Experience with federal communications or stakeholder engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four‑person team, manage assignments, staffing continuity, project schedule, and quality of all contract deliverables.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and coordinate reviews, issue resolution, and deliverable corrections.
• Prepare the project plan and monthly progress reports covering accomplishments, labor hours, costs, schedules, travel, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate live and virtual events, toolkit development, audience research, and Resilience Challenge activities.
• Oversee accessibility validation, information protection, required training, and use of approved Government systems and equipment.
