  • Oversee accessibility validation, information protection, required training, and use of approved Government systems and equipment.

Overview

Lead Creek Technologies’ support for DHS CISA communications that help state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners strengthen critical infrastructure and cybersecurity resilience. As the designated key person, you will oversee the team, coordinate with the Government, and ensure timely delivery of outreach, events, research, and communications products.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the four-person team, work assignments, staffing continuity, project schedule, and quality of all contract deliverables.

Qualifications

Years of experience:Preferred: 3–5 years of relevant program or project management experience, including team leadership, customer coordination, schedules, and deliverable oversight. Federal communications or stakeholder engagement experience is preferred.

Education:Required: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. A Master of Arts or Master of Business Administration is preferred.

Certifications:No role‑specific professional certification is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Skills:Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required. Strong planning, writing, briefing, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.

Screening and work requirements

Work is primarily based in Arlington. Situational telework requires Government approval and must occur within the continental United States unless otherwise authorized. Travel is required. Work generally occurs Monday through Friday within 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time, with occasional work outside normal hours to meet mission needs.
