Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking an On-Site Program Manager to lead DHS/CISA international engagement from Arlington, VA. You will oversee contract performance, lead a multidisciplinary team, and serve as the primary interface with the CO and COR.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of federal program leadership, and strong ability to deliver schedules, staffing plans, and risk mitigation. Strong communication with senior officials is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Active DHS TS/SCI clearance with SCI access, or ability to satisfy TS/SCI requirement.
• Experience managing complex federal programs, projects, or task orders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program and Task Order Management: lead contractor personnel and activities under the task order.
• Project planning and controls: develop PMP, establish WBS, and ensure performance.
• Staffing and personnel leadership: manage staffing across multiple task areas and retention.
• Government and stakeholder coordination: maintain communication with CO, COR, and senior leadership.
