Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 7+ years in contract administration or office engineering.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or federal programs preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities.
• Analyze design/construction issues and advise on compliance.
• Develop solutions with DoR/CFM input and update staff.
• Review schedules, submittals, and approve/annotate in RMS.
• Prepare correspondence for COR signatures and daily QA reports.
• Support modification scopes of work and cost estimates.
