Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Federal Project Executive to lead multiple projects for Army, Navy, Air Force and other federal clients. You will supervise project managers, drive design excellence, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and proactive development of new business within BRPH’s Federal Unit. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering required.
• At least ten years of project management experience, federal client delivery preferred.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface during design phases and guide stakeholder alignment.
• Lead technical reviews and enforce design intent across disciplines.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budgets, financial health, and change control.
• Identify project risks and maintain a risk register; lead mitigation planning.
• Lead all project coordination meetings and produce status updates.
• Mentor design staff and junior project managers for growth.
• Support Federal Business Unit with sales and marketing activities for targeted opportunities.
• Occasional travel to client sites for meetings and reviews.
