Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Ten years of experience as project manager, preferably delivering federal projects.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint, MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint, Bluebeam and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface during design phases, managing expectations and guiding stakeholder alignment.
• Shape and defend design vision across disciplines and phases.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budgets, financial health, and change control, mitigating scope creep.
• Ensure cross-discipline coordination to avoid rework.
• Identify project risks and maintain a risk register with mitigation plans.
• Lead project coordination meetings and produce regular status updates.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and enforce codes and standards.
• Drive project close-out, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Mentor design staff and junior project managers for growth and collaboration.
• Support Federal Business Unit Leader in sales/marketing to grow opportunities.
• Maintain a sales funnel and engage with partners to sustain opportunities.
• Occasional travel for client site meetings and reviews.
