Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the design, development, and execution of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations.

The role involves managing clients, budgets, and technical execution across multiple concurrent, multi-million-dollar projects with multi-disciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and subconsultants; remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager, with DoD PM background.
• Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, and direct large projects with complex features.
• Ability to motivate teams and lead multi-disciplinary staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio of projects, including profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Attend, lead, and document project meetings, track actions.
• Ensure collaboration across clients, employees, and leadership in a multi-discipline setting.
• Prepare governance and project execution documents.
• Support project change control and governance.
