Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to drive a nationwide modernization program from the PMO. The role involves deep collaboration with engineers, service teams, and stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and contract compliance.

The candidate will manage documentation, schedules, and staffing while navigating government project requirements and potential travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management experience (or 5+ years in similar roles).
• Must be able to obtain a government background clearance.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle management of a nationwide modernization program as part of the PMO.
• Report to the Lead PM and collaborate with Lead Engineer, Technical Service Manager, and CSM.
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOWs, RACI, staffing plans, and program schedules.
• Coordinate design and deployment contracts across distributed teams of PMs, engineers, and technicians.
• Ensure alignment with Sales goals and corporate strategies; manage stakeholder relationships.
