Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead a nationwide modernization program. The role supports the PMO, coordinates with Leads, and ensures schedule adherence and governance across contract scopes. A background with government customers may be required.

The position offers 3 days onsite near the DC area, with 10-25% regional travel and flexible work model including remote options. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership in a multi-year program are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years of project/program management experience or 5+ years alternative.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO and Lead PM with task lists, action items, and meeting notes.
• Develop and maintain SOWs, RACI matrices, and staffing plans with PMO and Lead Engineer.
• Contribute to program scheduling, WBS creation, and contract scope alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including PMs, Engineers, and Service Technicians.
