We are seeking a Federal Project Manager dedicated to a high-impact, multi-year nationwide modernization program. The role encompasses the full project lifecycle, supporting both active implementation phases and ongoing multi-year maintenance contracts. As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will report directly to the Lead PM, providing mission-critical support to ensure program-wide alignment, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.
You will be a key contributor to a nationwide modernization effort, gaining exposure to complex federal contracting and large-scale systems integration.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to learn, the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a concurrent project environment, and the communication skills necessary to maintain professional customer and internal relationships.
Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
