Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager to support O&M and modernization for a federal client in Washington, DC. The PM will coordinate with COR, lead two agile teams, and deliver system fixes across 10 CFTC applications.

The role requires a strong communicator, mentoring ability, and proficiency with agile methods and stakeholder management. On-site presence in DC is required two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five or more years of PM experience in enterprise software development.
• Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between staff and contractor; report to COR.
• Lead two agile development teams for O&M and modernization.
• Estimate, plan, monitor, and manage risk across 10 CFTC applications.
• Coordinate with leadership to define scope, priorities, and release schedules.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality deliverables.
