DRMP seeks a Federal Project Manager to lead defense-related infrastructure projects at Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral area. You will coordinate with military, contractors and government staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets stringent security standards.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent PM experience, U.S. citizenship, and a track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion in a government context.

Responsibilities

• Establish and track timelines, milestones, and KPIs using industry-standard tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams including military personnel, contractors, and government staff; maintain open communication with SLD 45 leadership.

DRMP is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to lead a portfolio of defense-related infrastructure projects at Space Launch Delta 45 (Cape Canaveral Space Force Station). In this role, you'll coordinate with military personnel, elite defense contractors, and government agencies to deliver mission-critical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is contract-specific work on the prestigious SpacePort Architecture and Civil Engineering contract—a role that matters.

What you will lead:

• Lead and Own Your Projects

What you bring:

Must Have:

4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in project management.

Proven track record managing complex projects from conception through completion.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.

U.S. citizenship (required for this position).

Nice to Have:

Experience with federal contracting or government projects.

Background in aerospace, defense, or space-related industries.

Familiarity with military standards, protocols, and security requirements.

Contract: SpacePort Architecture and Civil Engineering Contract with Space Launch Delta 45

Work Location: On-site at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station/Patrick Space Force Base, working closely with SLD 45 personnel

Security Clearance: Eligibility for Secret-level security clearance required.
