The role coordinates with military personnel, defense contractors, and government agencies to deliver mission-critical facilities on time and within budget.

The position requires a 4-year engineering degree (or equivalent PM experience), strong leadership and communication skills, and U.S. citizenship with eligibility for security clearance.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in PM.
• Proven track record delivering complex defense/infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own defense infrastructure projects for Space Launch Delta 45.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with mission objectives.
• Develop plans, schedules, and communication strategies for complex initiatives.
• Control budgets, allocate resources, and ensure quality and security.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and KPIs; track progress.
• Lead cross-functional teams including military, contractors, and staff.
