Job summary

DRMP is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead a portfolio of defense-related infrastructure projects for Space Launch Delta 45 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. You will coordinate with military personnel, defense contractors, and government agencies to deliver mission-critical infrastructure on time and within budget.

The role requires a 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent experience, plus a track record of managing complex projects and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in project management.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from conception through completion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• U.S. citizenship (required for this position).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with SLD 45 mission objectives and military standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications strategies for complex defense infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and security standards.
• Establish and track project timelines, milestones, and KPIs using industry-standard tools.
• Build and Lead Teams; Delegate responsibilities and lead cross-functional teams including military personnel, contractors, and government staff.
• Maintain Open Lines of Communication; serve as the primary contact with SLD 45 leadership, ensuring alignment with mission-critical objectives and compliance with military protocols.
