Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for project acquisition and program execution across federal facilities.
• Oversee budgeting, EVMS, and P&L, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Lead negotiations with federal agencies and prime partners; manage cross-department teams.
