Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years in general construction; 10+ years in leadership with large federal projects.
Active Top Secret/SCI or Secret clearance or eligibility to reinstate.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Proficient in project control software and FAR/DFAR knowledge.

Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Team Recruitment: Recruits, assembles, and builds high-performing, security-cleared project teams.
Project Acquisition & Business Growth: Generates leads across federal networks and leads complex proposals.
Pre-Construction & Project Start-Up: Oversees government estimate reconciliations and ICD 705 requirements, scheduling.
Operations & P&L Governance: Manages EVMS, forecasting, and project profitability; site oversight.
Client & Executive Relationship Management: Manages relationships with contracting officers and agency stakeholders.
Lean & Safety Strategy: Champions EM 385-1-1 compliance and Lean processes.
