Qualifications

15+ years in general construction
10+ years in construction management leadership
Active Top Secret/SCI or Secret clearance (or eligible)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Team Recruitment: Recruits and leads security-cleared project teams and supervises managers
Project Acquisition & Business Growth: Leads federal proposals and executive-level negotiations
Pre-Construction & Start-Up: Oversees government estimate reconciliations and baseline scheduling
Operations & P&L Governance: Owns EVMS, forecasting, and project profitability across sites
Client & Executive Relationship Management: Primary executive contact for federal agencies
Lean & Safety Strategy: Drives EM 385-1-1 compliance and Lean/Last Planner rollout
