Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates; analyze trends and variances.
• Establish and monitor baselines; identify variances and recommend actions.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and progress reporting.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses and communicate impacts.
• Prepare and present performance reports (KPIs, forecasts, variances).
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and documentation for transparency in reporting.
• Continuously evaluate control processes and suggest improvements.
