• Support IMS development and progress reporting.
• Conduct cost/schedule risk analyses and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to manage change orders and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and data validation.
