Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates using industry-standard tools per FAR/ DFARS/ CAS.
• Analyze contractor proposals and change orders for compliance with federal regulations.
• Develop cost models and pricing data to support project estimates.
• Collaborate with PMs, COS, engineers, and procurement to align estimates with scopes.
