Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in the National Capital Region (Washington DC and surrounding areas) seeks a Project Analyst to monitor project performance and perform budget tracking for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in a fast-paced federal program environment.

The role manages schedules, action items, and reporting, translating complex project data into actionable insights and ensuring DHS compliance and documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree related to the field of work.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, scheduling, and or analytical support.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools and familiarity with work-breakdown structure project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience within the Department of Homeland security with familiarity in cybersecurity is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support development and upkeep of the Project Management Plan.
• Prepare status reports that cross-reference progress against the project schedule and deliverables.
• Support quality control processes, including review and approval procedures for deliverables and correction of identified deficiencies.
• Maintain project records in compliance with DHS records management and information protection requirements.
