Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in the National Capital Region is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise-wide acquisition portfolio management framework for CISA in Washington DC and surrounding areas.

The role owns the Project Management Plan and project schedule, directing a multidisciplinary team across business process analysis, IT, and technical writing to meet deliverables and performance standards for DHS assignments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience managing a large-scale PMP across an enterprise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background check.
• Preferred: DHS or federal agency experience; DHS cybersecurity familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Direct creation of the acquisition portfolio management construct and governance process.
• Oversee development of acquisition pathway identification and documentation.
• Guide portfolio performance management covering cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Ensure all deliverables meet performance standards and manage risk.
• Enforce records management, CUI safeguarding, and DHS security training compliance.
