Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, scheduling, and analytical support.
• Proficiency with project scheduling, tracking tools, and work-breakdown structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support development and upkeep of the Project Management Plan.
• Prepare status reports cross-referencing progress against the project schedule and deliverables.
• Support quality control processes, including review and approval procedures for deliverables and correction of deficiencies.
• Maintain project records in compliance with DHS records management and information protection requirements.
