Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background check.
• Bachelor's degree related to the field.
• 3–5 years of project coordination, scheduling, or analytical support experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling and tracking tools and familiarity with work-breakdown structure project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support development and upkeep of the Project Management Plan.
• Prepare status reports that cross-reference progress against the project schedule and deliverables.
• Support quality control processes, including review and approval procedures for deliverables and correction of identified deficiencies.
• Maintain project records in compliance with DHS records management and information protection requirements.
