Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in the National Capital Region seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise-wide acquisition portfolio management framework for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

The role owns the Project Management Plan and schedule, directs a multidisciplinary team across business analysis, IT and technical writing to meet performance standards and secure data. U.S. citizenship and High-Risk Public Trust eligibility required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of large-scale PMP management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3 years DHS or federal agency experience preferred.
• Experience with Homeland Security and cybersecurity is desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct creation of the acquisition portfolio management construct, governance, and taxonomy.
• Oversee development of the acquisition pathway identification process and criteria.
• Guide portfolio performance management addressing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Ensure all deliverables meet performance standards.
• Manage risk identification, tracking, and mitigation, and enforce records management and data security.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team across business analysis, IT, and technical writing.
