Job summary

Fortress Information Security LLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Federal Programs for the Washington, DC area. This hands-on TAM role supports DoD and Navy programs, turning client requirements into Fortress platform configurations and delivery tasks for government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a technical role, an active DoD security clearance, and knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks. The position offers hybrid work near DC with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance required with eligibility to obtain Top Secret.
• 3+ years in a technical role in cybersecurity or delivery.
• Experience presenting to mixed audiences.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST RMF / 53).
• Resident within commutable distance of the federal work site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical contact for assigned federal program stakeholders.
• Deliver technical briefings, demonstrations and working sessions to government audiences.
• Interpret the federal compliance context and translate requirements into delivery tasks.
• Document client environments, decisions and dependencies; track risks.
• Partner with Product to address client needs and follow-on opportunities.
• Support onboarding and enablement of new client users.
