Fortress is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager for Federal Programs in the District of Columbia area. You will own the technical relationship for a DoD program, guiding cybersecurity, compliance, and delivery risks with ISSOs/ISSMs and government leaders.

The role is hybrid in DC with active clearance requirements. You will lead engineers, shape the technical strategy, and collaborate with business development to drive program growth and success.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in technical account management or cybersecurity advisory.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Advanced knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks including RMF and NIST standards.
• Experience guiding ISSO/ISSM functions in risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for an assigned federal program and advise stakeholders.
• Guide DoD RMF and NIST alignment across cybersecurity and delivery timelines.
• Direct the technical work of Forward Deployed Engineers and set program priorities.
• Define the program's technical approach and resolve conflicts between requirements and compliance.
