American Society of Addiction Medicine - ASAM is seeking a Project Specialist in Rockville, MD to support federally funded educational initiatives for healthcare professionals. You will lead customer service related to course registration, CE certificates, LMS navigation, and learner inquiries.

You will maintain learner content in the LMS, coordinate live training activities, and collaborate with program, accreditation, and technology teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience and

Qualifications

Experience supporting learner inquiries and CE processes.
Familiarity with LMS navigation and certificate issuance.
Ability to coordinate live virtual events.
Ability to document requests and generate reports.

Responsibilities

Respond to learner inquiries via email or phone, triaging complicated cases to appropriate staff.
Document and track technical assistance requests and inquiries.
Collaborate closely with program team, LMS Manager, and others within the Education Department to support learners.
Monitor and organize customer service email inbox.
Host live virtual events via Zoom, including registration, polls, screen sharing, and learner support.
Manage educational content and learner engagement within the LMS, including content creation, enrollment tracking, and reporting.
Draft CE applications and adhere to CE and accreditation guidelines.
Support and coordinate special projects, as assigned.
