Job summary

Yulista Aerospace and Defense LLC is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to a team of projects. The role assists Project Managers and senior coordinators and operates with minimal supervision within a dynamic PM environment.

Key duties include managing complex BOMs, preparing work orders, developing BOMs from drawings or SOWs, and maintaining project data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
• Intermediate knowledge of project scheduling practices and MS Project.
• Ability to enter data accurately into databases and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex BOMs and track materials through receipt.
• Prepare and track work orders for manufacturing jobs.
• Develop BOMs from drawings or SOWs for complex projects.
• Prepare project status reports and meet documentation requirements.
• Assist PM with cost estimates, schedules, and CDRLs.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with vendors and customers.
