Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of work experience in project support or a related role.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain/maintain a Department of War Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on KPIs.
• Assist project managers with financial forecasting, tracking labor and other direct costs, and invoice review.
• Provide analytical support for project planning and execution, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Prepare project documentation, briefings, and reports for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Facilitate meetings, coordinate project activities, and ensure alignment among project teams.
• Maintain databases and project management tools to provide visibility into project status and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and enhance project processes.
• Support the financial management of projects, including budget tracking and resource allocation.
