Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single contractor point of contact for warehouse support across all locations. The role will manage contract performance, staffing, schedule, cost, risk, reporting, invoicing, travel, and Other Direct Costs.

Responsibilities include overseeing Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune warehouse operations, ensuring staffing within 15 days, inventory within 30 days, and government property accountability, with GCSS-MC access support and PM reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 8 years, including 3 years managing logistics, warehouse, supply, property, or Government contracts.
• Logistics, supply, warehouse, property, or contract-management experience.
• Experience supervising personnel or managing Government contracts.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• Experience with Government property, inventory accountability, risk management, invoicing, and performance reporting.
• Clearance: Public Trust clearance is required; CAC/installation access may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and Government program personnel.
• Oversee Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune warehouse operations.
• Ensure staffing and operations within 15 calendar days after award.
• Oversee initial wall-to-wall inventory within 30 calendar days.
• Manage Government-furnished property accountability.
• Oversee GCSS-MC access and inventory processes; prepare charts, status reports, travel reports, meeting minutes, and other CDRLs.
• Support post-award and semiannual Program Management Reviews.
• Ensure surge personnel are available within 30 calendar days after notice.
• May perform other duties as needed.
