Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, order management, inventory management, or related processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing data and business requirements to make informed buying decisions for run-rate products.
• Create and manage drop ship and inventory purchase orders supporting federal procurement operations.
• Maintain compliance with vendor terms and conditions to mitigate business risk.
• Process timely and accurate billing activities to support revenue recognition requirements.
