Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, data entry or administrative roles involving data processing and research.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • Familiarity with document management systems, preferably iManage or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain quotes, issue purchase orders, and secure spend approvals to facilitate procurement activities.
  • Coordinate signatures and approval workflows, including DocuSign and iManage.
  • Manage business card programs and related administrative tasks.
  • Perform data entry, data processing, and research to support procurement processes.
  • Follow established procedures and instructions for manual tasks and procurement transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records within procurement systems and documentation workflows.
  • Support hybrid work schedules, primarily in-office with remote flexibility as needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement, contracts, and administrative teams to streamline procurement operations.

Role Overview

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of procurement operations by managing essential administrative tasks, supporting data entry, and ensuring seamless procurement workflows within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain quotes, issue purchase orders, and secure spend approvals to facilitate procurement activities
