Job summary

MetaPhase is seeking a Business Process Reengineering Analyst in Washington, DC, to evaluate and optimize IT training workflows. You will analyze data-driven processes, lead cross-functional improvements, and ensure adoption across a geographically dispersed user base. A strong background in government IT programs and Lean/Agile approaches is required.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document changes, and monitor outcomes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully fulfill ICE Public Trust suitability requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, management, or related field.
• 3–7+ years identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows for IT training solutions.
• 3+ years in a U.S. Government environment.
• 5+ years supporting a large Federal law enforcement IT program.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to lead process-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows organization-wide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a dispersed user base.
