Job summary

Kaizen Approach is seeking a Business Process Engineer to collaborate with government partners, assess current operations, and align processes with mission goals. You will analyze activities from strategic levels through stakeholder organizations to ensure objectives are met and processes are clearly documented.

The role supports business process reengineering efforts, defines and documents data models, business rules, and relationships that drive operations, and enables informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience in business process engineering and COTS integration.
• Ability to define capability delivery roadmaps from IOC to FOC.
• Experience with data modeling and process documentation.
• Clear communication and facilitation of knowledge transfer across teams.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and reengineering efforts across government programs.
• Define and document processes, business rules, and system interfaces.
• Facilitate group sessions and coordinate multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to align operations with mission outcomes.
• Ensure processes are documented and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
