Job summary

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC is seeking a Proposal Pricing Specialist to develop accurate, compliant cost proposals for federal contracts. The role emphasizes analytical pricing models, SOW/PWS interpretation, and ensuring alignment with government regulations and company financial objectives.

This position requires two days a week in-office at Chantilly HQ and collaboration with capture, proposal, finance, contracts, recruiting, and operations to guide bid strategy and ensure audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of pricing, financial analysis, or government contracting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Experience developing cost proposals for federal government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government pricing compliance requirements.
• Experience with CBAs, wage structures, escalation, and labor-related obligations.
• Ability to assess pricing impacts of labor law changes and union agreements.
• Experience analyzing indirect labor rates and their impact on pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage complex pricing models in Excel with labor rate structures and BOEs.
• Analyze SOWs and contract requirements to develop strategic pricing approaches.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, finance, contracts, recruiting, and operations to evaluate inputs and propose pricing strategies.
• Conduct price-to-win analyses and competitive assessments to inform bid strategy.
• Apply FAR/DFARS guidance to ensure compliant pricing methodologies.
• Develop cost narratives and proposal volumes clearly describing pricing methodologies.
• Support audit readiness by validating pricing documentation per DCAA standards.
